Ignacio Correa is a 27-year-old striker hailing from Argentina. Born and raised in Villa Cabrera in Cordoba, he carries a ‘bad boy’ reputation due to his unpredictable and impulsive behaviour at times. He feels he’s misunderstood. His passion for the beautiful game is never in question though. As the focal point of his team, Ignacio is known for his exceptional finishing abilities and his mastery of the skill of getting behind opposing defences. He is also a dedicated graffiti artist, using his free time to create large, colourful murals on the walls of his community. Correa uses it as a form of social and political activism. His unique style, which blends traditional South American motifs with modern street art techniques, has gained him a following independent from his football. He is also in talks with Club Sportivo Palermo about designing a new crest for the club. He lives in Recoleta, Buenos Aires.
